1941 (Mar 14) Cover franked 1d from Skipton to Gisburn, a little fire and water damaged, Officially Sealed tape at left, twice handstamped boxed "DELAYED THROUGH / ENEMY ACTION" in red and black. The only cover we have seen with two examples of this scarce cachet, strangely applied in different colours, very scarce. Photo on Page 110.
