A late 19c German bracket clock by Kienzle, the three train barrelled spring movement chiming on four gongs and hour striking on a fifth. It has an arched silvered dial with gilt spandrels, Arabic numerals and a strike/silent dial in the arch. It is contained in a stained hardwood case with cushion caddy top and stepped base with cast claw feet. The sides have cast sound frets and the top has three cast finials. The4 clock stands 51cm tall overall.

The movement seems complete but the going side mainspring is detached. the dial and glass are in reasonable condition. The case is complete but the varnish has cracked and requires refinishing.
