A mid-late 19th Century floral encrusted teacup and saucer by Meissen, with gilt rims and twisted handle, each raised on six feet, further decorated with flowers and insects, with underglaze blue crossed swords to base of each; together with a similar Meissen tea bowl en suite. Very Good: In very good condition overall, but possibly some or all of the lot has slight wear/damage/fading in line with the age of this lot. Minor losses to some of the encrusted flowers and leaves. The tea bowl has had a candle burned in it, remnants of wax and soot remain.
