BEATLES HIGH COURT LETTER C/O FRERE CHOLMELEY. This is a copy of the case brought to the attention of Paul McCartney of a recording session that had taken place at Decca Records on the 1st January 1962. A dispute over the release of these recordings by Charly Recordings has now been prohibited by the high court of justice and here we have copies of the documents which make interesting reading.
