Tortoiseshell cover appears dry from the exterios and surface staining can be seen over the entirety of the surface. The base has lifted/warped away from where it originally sat and solder marks can be seen. Hallmarks are legible. Small dent to the base rim. Stands well on a flat surface. Generally tarnished. Lacking any type of internal lining.
