Primitive country wood coffer, possibly Scottish, plain rectangular top with black iron interior hinges, the side panels with bracket feet, a/f 54 x 124 x 44cm
Evidence of worm throughout, which has contributed to cracking on the lid and cracking and loss around the hinges, so the hinges are no longer functional. The lid is significantly warped. Two of the legs have been repaired, along with other smaller repairs. General damages, chipping, etc throughout.
