A studio pottery vessel, 20th century, of rectangular form with tapering neck, the body with sgraffito decoration against the mottled blue ground, incised AWP DY to base, 28.5cm high
The vessel shows wear commensurate with use and age, firing frits and pits throughout as well as firing faults, but no signs of obvious damage or restoration.
