A French porcelain mantel clock, 19th century, the twin train movement with silk suspension and outside countwheel bell strike stamped 'Laine a Paris', the brass dial within a 'keyhole' shaped rococo case with a purple and pale blue ground and gilded floral decoration, a classical country scene below the dial, standing on a rococo base with a smaller scene of a shepherdess, 10in. (25.5cm.) wide, 13 ½in. (34.2cm.) high.
