A salt glazed stoneware figural flask, 19th century. Depicting a portly gentleman seated on a barrel, holding a jug of foaming beer. Similar in form to a Toby jug. Inscribed ’Saunders Blacksmiths Arms, Brighton’ to the reverse. 17.3 cm height.
