A late Victorian 18ct gold open faced pocket watch, the enamel dial with Roman numerals and seconds subsidiary signed 'T & S. WELSH', movement inscribed 'J Renwick Preston' and numbered 17116, case hallmarked 18ct gold, sponsor's mark rubbed, Chester 1892, case diameter 59mm, gross wt. 188.1g.

Condition - missing hour hand, winding and ticking momentarily but stopping, dial with slight chip at 1 o'clock but free of any hairlines, general wear to include dings to case, scratches etc.
