Both have "Winchester" trade mark etched to the blade. Complete in a heavy duty nylon scabbard: Along with a "Winchester" Multi Tool in stainless steel with ten tools plus 12 different screwdriver tips, all complete in trade marked nylon pouch with belt loop.
