HS 4000 "KESTREL". A rare opportunity to own 2 original 35mm, black and white negatives depicting the Hawker Siddley prototype diesel locomotive "KESTREL" on shed. No details on the negative but studying the photographs it is likely to be inside Tinsley shed as it was allocated there in 1968 to work freight between Mansfield and Whitemoor Yard. It only worked from here for about 8 months. Believed not to have been published before. Sold with copyright, sample illustrated.
