Officials.  1949 envelope (230 x 102mm) bearing 2r black and carmine, cancelled by the rare Bahawal Garh oval registered cancel of 23 NOV.  The reverse bears the State Crest, wax seal and registration selvedge with part cancel.  The envelope with a bend, otherwise fine and very scarce.  PF Pakistan Certificate (2010).  SG O25
