A worksplate, ROBERT STEPHENSON & Co, 3902, DARLINGTON, 1925, from a LNER N7 Class 0-6-2T No 919 which was renumbered 9657 in 1946 and became BR 69657. It entered traffic at Gorton in October 1925 and moved the following month to Hatfield. Later based at Kings Cross until transferred to Stratford in September 1930 where it spent the remainder of its working life. Withdrawn in June 1959 and scrapped at the adjacent works. Engraved brass, 11¼"x5¼", the front lightly polished. (Postage Band: C)
