Mabel Lucie Attwell for Shelley - a nursery tea set in black, orange, royal blue and yellow glazes, designed circa 1930. Comprising: Duck teapot, with lid; Rabbit milk jug; and Chicken sugar bowl. Each bearing an underglaze label "MABEL LUCIE ATWELL" on its side and the Shelley mark with Registered Design number 724421 on the underside. (4)
Sugar bowl - light scuffing to glaze to back of piece.
Milk jug - no condition issues.
Teapot - 6 patches of loss to the black stripes on the scarf. Minor rubbing to the glaze on the blue jacket.
