A 1967 Land Rover 109 Series IIA registration JOD 720E: chassis number 34500012A, 30,358 miles two previous owners, green with truck cab and three quarter canvas tilt, fitted capstan winch, Fairley free wheel hubs and also fitted rear air brake line connector., together with V5C and relevant paperwork * Notes This vehicle has been maintained to a good original standard and according to the family was re sprayed in 2016. It was used in the 1960s and 70s to tow a 30ft clinker built boat on a six wheeled trailer, hence the addition of an air brake line connector. In later years it was used occasionally for travelling to local shoots. * Notes The Series IIA is considered to be the most hardy of all of the original Land Rover series produced. During the production of the IIA sales reached their highest level of over 60,000 a year during 1969-1970 as Land Rover dominated the world market. In 1992 Land Rover claimed that over 70% of all the vehicles they had built were still in use.
