TO EUROPE - RARE RED "PARCEL CONTAINING PROHIBITED...GOODS" LABEL ON PARCEL CARD TO SWEDEN: Spectacular 19 May 1919 parcel card (vertical crease) to "The Inter-Allied Trades Committee" in Stockholm with v. fine "REDDITCH/P.P." cds (ex needle-makers), having a rare red "PARCEL POST/PARCEL CONTAINING/ PROHIBITED/OR RESTRICTED GOODS POSTED UNDER/PRIVY COUNCIL LICENCE./K/121" label (crease) that enabled such sharp metal items to pass through the post.
