A LOVELY PAIR OF EDWARDIAN LOW RISE ‘NURSING’ / BEDROOM CHAIRS, each with a carved & pierced back rest; with scrolling foliage carved back splat held between a carved crest bar and lower back support all raised on reeded uprights. The stuffed over seats with bead stud detail to the edges and raised on short ring turned front legs and sabre back all on castors. Condition: Very good/excellent. The contrasting carved detail to the crest rail does lift a little in places, there is some ware/marks from use – commensurate with age. Dimensions: 73 x 47 x 43cm (H x W x D).
