AN UNUSUAL AMERICAN HAWAIIAN NAUTICAL CARVED TROPICAL NUT. An incised tropical nut with a three masted sailing ship with a lighthouse to the right and smaller ship to the right with '12' on the sail. The reverse with crossed flags for Hawaii pre-1816 and early America, to the top 'Hawamah Islands'. 13cm high, 11cm wide. The nut containing a seed internally *Condition: Slight cracks to the body of the shell.
