A very large and impressive Victorian framed and glazed advertising Lorne Whisky sign showing Defenders of the Empire Diamond Jubilee 1897 to the front with a picture of the British military and an elephant with an image of Africa, Canada, Australasia and India to each corner and HM Queen Victoria to the top, reads to the base Greenlees Brothers, Distillers, London, Glasgow and Argyllshire, printed by Maclure, Macdonald & Co, Litho Glasgow. Measures 104cm high by 103cm wide.
