William De Morgan - Sands End Pottery - A 6 inch dust pressed tile, relief moulded with two lions passant picked out in a dark brown treacle glaze, 15.5cm x 15.5cm, together with a similar period example in the BBB pattern, damaged. (2)
The lion tile has some frits and nibbles to two corners and some fine crazing, the BBB tile is sold as seen with losses to one side.
