Ltd., 71 Parkway, London (ivorine trademark disc inside lid), 1950s-60s, the interior with metal fitted tray and palette, the interior and palette bearing a heavy patina from use over a long period of time, extensively covered with paint throughout, also containing part-used tubes of oil paint and brushes (LWH 40 x 30 x 8.5 cm); the second later, 1970s-80s, 'The Casterbridge Painting Box' by Daler Board Co. Ltd., with fitted interior and mahogany palette, the palette lightly used, 43.75 x 32.75 x 7.5 cm. (2)
