An original never before seen WW2 hand drawn colour escape map from Colditz Oflag IVc made by the POWs in secret. The map shows a route northwest from Colditz Castle to the transportation hub of Leipzig, where escapees could catch major transport links via train. This map includes railway routes, autobahns, main roads, secondary roads, built up areas, aerodromes, woods, villages etc.
The reverse of the map has a key explaining everything on the front of the map including distances in kilometers and miles.
