The upper case of the clock has picked up quite a bit of household grime which has adhered itself to the brasswork. It seems to be easy enough to scrape off with a fingernail, however there is also some very, very small light spotting over the top of the clock, possibly through oxidisation. The dial is clear and the brass on the dial is bright. There is no box or instructions with this piece.
