A Dutch 18th century circa 1720s Renaissance manner carved oak armoire cupboard, also known as Kussenkast. The armoire having a moulded top cornice with three carved lion mask embellishments. Two central doors with deep panels below & central lock panel. The doors opening to reveal a shelved interior with two pierced top cupboard doors carved with bird decorations. Panelling embellishments throughout the body with full length base drawer having a faux two drawer front. Raised on front ball-shaped feet. Measures approx. 181cm x 204cm x 73cm.
