A Derby chestnut basket, the domed reticulated cover applied with white flowers and leafy stems picked out in gilt, and centred by a trefoil finial, the weave-moulded base conforming, unusual sea green ground, 21cm high, c. 1760
Some competent restoration to the finial. Some expected surface wear and scratches. Anticipated pitting. Some losses to the applied foliage, but displaying well overall. Stable firing stresses. Please see attached images.
