A traditional Basque walking cane Makhila with concealed spike, flattened dark wood disc pommel, in the form of a traditional beret, to cross hatched leather covered grip with wrist cord, which unscrews to reveal a 2” spike, knotted medlar wood haft slightly swollen towards long brass ferrule engraved with simple devices, “1929” and “Eskual Herria”, 35” overall.
