a winged insect with a ruby-set abdomen, rose-cut diamond thorax and seed pearl wings, to a safety pin bar. Marked '15CT', 8mm by 3.8cm, 2.7 grams



Some abrasion to the ruby and some discolouration to the seed pearls.
