Cantuvellauni, Tasciovanus Berkshire Wreath silver Unit - excessively rare (ABC 2616). Obverse: laureate head with a long nose and elliptical eye, facing right with 'TA-' in front. Reverse: horse moving left with detailed mane and hooves, 'VIR' above, 'M' shape below. Weight: 1.24g. Diameter: 14mm (widest point). Grade: GF - Good Fine; oval in shape with excellent clear details and lettering, especially on the convex obverse; the surfaces are a little pitted under magnification, which is hardly a detraction - potentially the best available example of this type of which less than ten are known.
