An early Worcester gilt and polychrome enamel decorated porcelain tea caddy, late 18th century. George III period. Of ovoid form with finely painted panels depicting flowers and foliage against a scale blue ground. Square mark in underglaze blue beneath. 12.8 cm height. Condition report: Enamels and gilding in good condition. Only very faint surface wear present.
