A late 18th century (c 1775-85) Austrian Cavalry trooper’s sword, similar to the British 1796 pattern, straight blade 33½” stamped “FISCHER” and number “830” (?), steel hilt with ribbed wooden grip. Basically GC (worn overall, hilt pitted) £200-250.
