Highly impressionist style with bright turquoise sky reflected in the water. Signed and dated bottom right. Housed in a white frame with carved foliate motifs to corners.

Guilfoyle is a self taught British artist born to Irish parents focuses of animal portraiture and brightly coloured works concerned with local wild and farmlife and has a strong auction history.
