An 18th century Irish silver inverted pyriform bachelor's teapot, maker E.R, embossed with shell, geometric and scroll decoration and engraved with two armorials, Dublin circa 1750?, height 11.6cm, gross weight 11.1oz. (a.f.)
Repair to top and base of handle where it joins the body (silver solder). Very tarnished in places. Armorial engraving quite tired. Slight damage to the handle.
