2005 (21 June) Royal Mail FDC - A small batch of the White Ensign Smilers sheets have been discovered with a solid all over phosphor coating affecting all stamps in the sheet, although it is weaker in the right hand vertical columns of 5, where the bands are distinguishable - in the other columns the band cannot be made out at all and the phosphor appears evenly spread across the entire stamp surface, over the generic label and into the sheet margins. This is first commemorative AOP in a very long time and will, no doubt be much sought after - Ex Robert Auty GB Errors Collection
