1917 Unique and original Manchester United Football Club memorandum letter headed printed paper with a hand written message in black ink by J Robson (United Manager & Secretary) to R Roberts (player) asking if the player was available for the coming season. Also, it is added the Football League would be functioning under War Conditions and as such the club have found players unavailable including one player now based in Mesopotamia etc. etc. Memorandum dated 28 August 1917, personally signed by John Robson; good.
