Appears to be in working order, glass scratched, solid hands, enamel good. Back of one lug numbered 582. Glass very scratched but dial appears to be good and shiny. Appears to be a non-lume watch.There are some very visible scratches on the back where it appears that someone (not Hartleys!) has attempted to remove the back.
