Two 19th century German pewter mounted ceramic stein, bulbous, baluster form, the first depicting a soldier firing cannon, the second with soldier on horseback, named and dated 1818 & 1835, hinged pewter covers with ball thumbpiece, 10¼in. (26cm.) high. (2)
*Condition: Both with major crackle glazing, both with wear, rubs etc to rims, one having restoration to belly, patched from inside.
