A George V silver gilt presentation trophy, Mappin and Webb, London 1910, of classical form in Adam style, the pull off lid with pineapple finial, entwinded snake handles, raised on a collet and acanthus leaf foot, set on a ebonised wooden plinth, presented to Mr and Mrs T.W.Hawes on their Golden Wedding Day July 19th 1920, by the staff of Hawes Bros Ltd, 630grams, 20.2ozs, 25.5cm high.
