A WINCHESTER .22'' SHORT MODEL 74 SEMI AUTOMATIC RIFLE, serial number 48580, this tubular feed rifle was screw cut for a silencer and has a mount on the top of the receiver to enable an optical sight to be fitted, this specimen has a hole drilled through the centre of the stocks to enable it to be fitted with a row lock design mount to allow it to be attached to a bipod, these were made between 1938 and 1955 and some were issued to British Auxiliary Units during WWII, it is believed to be in working order (THE PURCHASER MUST BE THE HOLDER OF CURRENT RFD OR A FIREARMS CERTIFICATE BEARING AN APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY)
