Two glove boxes, or for use as fan boxes, the first in pale brown leather embossed in a lattice design of fleur de lis and clover, with silver metal fittings ( lacks key), lined in red silk with a band to hold glove-stretchers, a second box in plum lacquer, with detachable lid painted in gold; together with three small trinket boxes, the lid and side panels embroidered in quite regular designs, the third seemingly knitted or woven to the top, with stylized embroidery in minute beads in sable beadwork style, all three bound in green silk with a mirror inside the lid, probably early 19th century French (5)
