A 15.5 x 21.5cm black and white photograph of the Steam Tanker San Fabian built in 1922 by Armstrong Whitworth in Newcastle-upon-Tyne for the Eagle Oil and Shipping Co. Ltd of London. She was sunk by U-511 when part of convoy TAW-15 on 27th August 1942 with the loss of 26 of the 59 strong crew. Mounted on card, 27.5 x 35cm.
