Edinburgh, Celtic Point silver tablespoon, bears the armorial for Bruce on the top of the stem. (In Dexter hand a heart) and has the motto (Omnia vincit amor) around the armorial. Has wear to the side of the bowl and is hallmarked RS (prob. Robert Swan - rare maker) Edinburgh 1791. Length 233mm approx. Weighs 2oz approx (the armorial relates to The Black Douglas taking Robert the Bruce's heart to the Crusades and throwing it into the midst of battle). Some research enclosed .
