Dial - marks, scratches and blemishes.
Glass - light surface marks.
Hands - not matching- one is blued steel and the other is black - probably over painted or a replacement, wear to the subsidiary hand.
Case - light surface marks.
Crown - adjusting correctly.
Strap - modern, good.
