A European (?) infantry officer’s sword, of similar style to the British 1845 pattern, plain blade 32” stamped at the forte with maker’s initials “W R K”, small crown over D inspector’s mark, and on the back edge crown over K; brass hilt with scrolls between the bars, and with ribbed black horn grip. GC (dark patina to the blade, grip wire missing) £60-80.
