Made by Russian master Alexander Krylov, who took part in the reconstruction of the Amber Room in the Catherine Palace in St. Petersburg.

"Marine theme is the artist's favorite subject. For a man who lives in a maritime town love of the sea is probably natural. However in his works the marine theme gets absolutely uncharacteristic understanding. Water-nymphs, sea tsars,
sea-horseman and other mythical characters live in the craftsman's creation."
