COLLECTION INFO:
- Collection Slots: Please book your collection slot using our online system, accessible through your account or via the link in your invoice email.
- Walk-ins: Unscheduled collections are not allowed. Ensure you have a collection appointment.
- Collection Period: You have 5 working days to collect items, allowing you to coordinate multiple purchases across several different auctions for a single collection.
PARCEL & COURIER SERVICE:
- Pack & Post: Available for UK and international orders if items fit within an A4 parcel. Larger items may not be eligible for shipping. All requests for parcel delivery are to be arranged through our courier 'Mail Boxes Etc' (details below).
- Courier Collections: Book your collection slot online, then arrange for a courier at the scheduled time.
