This Honda CB400/4 or CB400F was first registered in Harrogate in June 1977. It’s an unusual model being a late first series bike but with the rear footrests mounted on the frame just prior to the F2 version. It was one of the bikes subject to a David Silver workshop refurbishment in 2013/2014. The history file contains a list of all the new parts fitted at the time, together with new paintwork, gearbox rebuild etc. It has subsequently had the carburettors rebuilt, electronic ignition and a solid state rectifier fitted. It retains the all-important genuine Honda exhaust system, which is such a feature of these bikes.

Showing 34,500 miles, it has a current V5 Registration Certificate (Historic class), some old MOT test certificates, original handbook, and 2 sets of keys.
