TWO VICTORIAN NATURALISTIC CADDY SPOONS. one Birmingham-made, with a shaped bowl, by John Tongue (probably) 1838, and the other London-made, with a gilded oval bowl, crested, marks distorted, c.1880; the latter 3.75" (9.5cm) long; 1.3ozt (2). *CR The Birmingham example has a split on each side of the handle joint on the bowl & a bit bent on the edges. The London one has a v. small split on the back of the leaf finial.
