New" charged triple rate "4/9" with fine boxed "SHIP LETTER/PLYMOUTH" (crease) on the front; the letter counters detailed accusation of the writer having "literally Starved my wife" and instructing the bankers to pay her 5s-4d per day (£100 p.a.) in future.
