Japanese school, pair of needlework on silk panels. Meiji period. Each finely detailed and elaborately detailed. One depicting a blossoming tree with numerous exotic birds and insects. The other with Deer and birds near a rocky outcrop. Gilt framed. Each measures - 54 x 64 cm (incl frame).

2MM hole in the silk background of the picture with the deer. Mild staining to the other picture.

Actual silk panel size is 34 wide x 43cms high.
